Refund policy
Returns:
Claims must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the delivery date. For items that the carrier marks as lost or damaged in transit or return to sender, claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the order date.
While we cannot accept returns for our items since they are food, if you have an issue with your order we will do all we can to make it right. Reach out to customer service HERE and explain what went wrong. We will either issue a refund and/or help you place another order. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
