All Melville treats and candies are made-to-order, meaning that once your order is placed, you are put into the production queue. We do not keep any inventory in stock. Typical production times are about two weeks but can spike up to six weeks during holiday season or be as quick as 10 days in slower seasons (spring-summer).
We make and ship all product from our Randolph, MA location. Typical shipping can take 1-5 business days depending on your location. Note that while we offer some options to upgrade to faster shipping at checkout, that only speeds up your delivery post-production (typically 10-21 days depending upon seasonality).
To extend the shelf life of your candy and treats, we recommend keeping them stored below 75 degrees and less than 50% humidity. In these proper storage conditions, hard candy lollipops are best consumed within 9 months; chocolate, marshmallow, and rice treats within 7 months from purchase.
